My purpose is for the Earth, and it is for the Earth that I have my life. It is only when my rock is shaped into spheres and worn by man or woman that I can affect the human being in a way similar to that in which I affect the Earth.

I exist deep beneath the surface, although the movement and upheavals experienced by the Earth also allow some Riverstone to come to the surface. I do my greatest work for the planet at various depths beneath the surface. Although I am scattered throughout the planet, I am not as abundant as I might seem. It is not necessary that I be plentiful, because I am powerful. When I am taken out of the Earth, I no longer work with the planet.

THE POWER Of MOVING WATER

A charge runs through Riverstone, attracting energy and then causing it to flow and move. Like wild, unbridled horses, the energy of Riverstone races in every direction. I do not generate energy within myself. Instead, I absorb a type of energy released by moving water. Within Riverstone, this energy moves from one molecule to the next. As it does, it is transformed, increasing in velocity, strength, and power.

My energy fuels change. When another rock, crystal, or element needs my energy to initiate a change, it creates a magnetic attraction. I respond by transmitting energy to it. This enlivens the rock or crystal and enables it to carry out its mission.

The movement of my energy is like that of an airplane, which gains speed and momentum on the runway and then takes off into the air. My energy gains momentum as it flows from one molecule of Riverstone to the next until it is launched into the planet. The longer the runway is, the more speed an airplane can gather before it takes off. For a similar reason, you will find that Riverstone exists in long veins. My energy is released either at the end of a vein or somewhere along the vein where it is needed.

Just as your heart would not pump if Soul were not housed in your body, Riverstone would not work if the planet itself were not alive and growing, if it were merely a hunk of lifeless rock floating in space.

You know that change is necessary for growth, and growth is necessary for life. The life energy of a planet could easily become stagnant and unchanging. I prevent this from happening. Among other things, my energy assists in the movement of the plates of the Earth’s crust. Surely you know that the energy that causes the continents to move against each other must come from somewhere. It comes from the living rock that lies beneath the planet’s surface.

ACCELERATING CHANGE

I can be particularly powerful for the human being, because human beings are made mostly of water. In the human being, I have a vast source of potential energy to tap into and transform.

Since the body is surrounded by an aura rather than rock, it is to the aura that I give my energy.
